Samurai Swords

The Samuai sword is one of the most recognizable swords of human history. To this day, the katana still symbolizes resilience, discipline, and the pursuit of excellence in all aspects of life. The katana is considered the soul of the samurai and is a central symbol and ‘spirit’ in their codes of conduct and way of being.

The Samurai weapons listed on this page are individually hand crafted under the strict Darksword Armory guidelines. The edge geometry is carefully crafted under our guidelines to provide a clean precise cuts.

Each Katanas is individually hand made from 1095 high carbon steel and clay tempered. The Tsuka (grip) is wrapped in Same (genuine ray skin) and woven in Japanese silk. Each tang is individually signed by the maker.

While these katanas are not produced in the Darksword Armory shop, they are fashioned under our direct guidelines and specifications. Each sword undergoes a throughout quality control at various steps of the forging and assembly process. A fourth and final quality control inspection is made prior to shipping from our workshop
